Since her humble beginning at 4 Paws Academy, Mello has changed from a nervous stressed out dog who was scared of everything into a confident , happy and comfortable dog willing to take on new challenges every week. This immense change has earned Mello a spot as ‘Dog of the Month’!
Early on, the only thing on Mello’s mind was wanting to leave or hide because all new environments were too stressful. Now she runs on the floor with all the other dogs playing, socializing and having a great time!
She is progressing extremely well with her training – picking up behaviors very quickly! She is no longer the lonesome and scared dog she was; now she is willing and happy to work! Much of this change is due to the time and effort her owner, Linda, has put in. Her effort and love were critical to enable mellow to start turning the scared little Aussie we knew into a happy dog on her way to a full 180 degree turn around.
