Our ‘Dog of the Month’ for the month of October 11’ is Zoey Carpenter!
A very personable Lab mix with an unforgettable face, Zoey has been quick to learn the foundations of our marker training. Zoey loves to work almost as much as she loves to play and run.
Zoey has come a long way thanks to the help of her owner, Leslie, and the 4 Paws crew. Thanks to the commitment, consistency, and persistence of her owner Zoey has morphed from a stressed and nervous dog into a dog who can function and perform basic obedience and behaviors with distractions. Her time in day school and tons of work at home with her owner have helped her start to overcome her fear of sounds and she is really coming out of her shell. She used to dive for cover if you clapped your hands, now we can dance around her with noisemakers and she is happy to work for some food!
