Gretta Varone is the 4 Paws Academy “Dog of the Month” for the month of November, 2011!
Gretta has been enrolled in our We Train You Maintain program for several months and has come leaps and bounds from where she began!
When she began she was stressed and nervous about loud noises, new places, distractions, and new people. After just a few months of training, Gretta already understands the marker training system and has the positions nearly mastered!
In the beginning, Gretta had no interest in playing with other dogs while today she has many new friends, her favorite being a former “Dog of the Month”, Toby Bryfogle the Shepherd. She has figured out how to interact and have a good time without shutting down and we and her owners are proud of her! Her confidence level has increased exponentially and she lives a happier life thanks to her training at 4 Paws!
Her owners have stayed on top of the training and it is thanks to their dedication and persistence that Gretta has reached the point that she is at now.
All of these reasons have rightfully earned Gretta Varone her title of “Dog of the Month” for November 2011! Congratulations from the 4 Paws crew and community!
